In real estate since 1988, and a proud Miami native, Barbi has
maintained her super energy and love for the business of real estate
through thick and thin. How has she kept from “burning out” after all
these years? 1.) She LOVES Living in and Selling Miami, and 2.)
Keeping one dream in mind with every new deal-YOURS!!!

Ever since Barbi managed multi family properties and commercial strip
centers in Miami and South Beach in the 80’s, she KNEW that real
estate was in her blood. And noticing before most that Miami would
become an international gateway city, she began to study foreign
languages- adding, Italian, French, and German to her native Spanish.
Never one to rest on past achievements, she continues to challenge
herself by studying Russian, and Arabic, which she intends to master
by the year 2020.

In the early 90’s she ventured into real estate brokerage, and became
a licensed real estate broker in 1995. She owned her own brokerage
house on Lincold Road for many years, enjoying indepent success in her
boutique brokerage, and learning the “back office” ropes of the
brokerage business. She joined Keller Williams in 2011 at the
suggestion of a dear friend who knew that Barbi’s values and
integrity, plus the Keller Williams amazing culture and business
proposition, would fit like hand in glove. And she was absolutely
right. Barbi quickly embraced the KW culture, joining the Associate
Leadership Council, then becoming chair of the Culture committee,
responsible for all agent/partner networking and team building events,
community and charity initiatives, teaching classes at her market
center, and empowering and motivating new agents in the office with
her open door policy.

She expertly uses her open nature, genuine enthusiasm for the
business, amazing relationships fostered through the years, and
superior market knowledge to bring incredible value to all her clients
and colleagues, making her the “go to” realtor for other realtors both
in her own office, and other offices, when special market or
neighborhood insight is needed to move a transaction forward.
